How long does it take to setup my micro-site?

Please allow 3-5 business days for setup. It is possible that RUSH requests could be accommodated.

What does it cost to have our own micro-site?

The cost is a flat fee of $300 for event page setup and site use per event.  Events that run for consecutive days (for example 3 days on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) are considered one event and will only be charged one fee.

Where can I see an example of what my micro-site would look like?

All of the existing upcoming and past events online are examples of micro-sites so feel free to browse through them to get ideas of what kind of content other organizations include on their event page.

How do we get paid for any of the fees associated with registration, donations or sponsorships for our event?

To use the online payment system, your organization will need to have an active PayPal account.  All transactions on your micro-site go directly to your organization’s PayPal account – does not take any additional percentage fees from these payments.  All we need is the primary email address associated with your PayPal account to link it up.

How can we get all of our data after the event?

Your account Admin login area will have options to export data in a spreadsheet format (.csv file).  You can download spreadsheet reports for Teams/Bowlers, for Registration Fees, for Donations, and for Sponsors by going to each of those section in your “Event Management” section.
