Bowl With Us

The event is open to Adults 18 and over. THIS IS AN INDIVIDUAL BOWL-A-THON – Individuals will bowl 2 games at their convenience between the hours of 9am – 6pm. Lane Assignments and other instructions will be provided upon check-in on day of event.

Entry Fee is $25/person and includes 2 games of bowling and shoe rental. Register online by Monday, April 15th.  Or to register by mail, download this Mail-In Registration Form. We will accept on-site registrations on the day of event ONLY as space permits.  EXACT CASH only if registering on day of event.

Fantastic Door Prizes raffled every hour including Gift Cards.
Cash Prizes will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place!

RULES

  • ELIGIBILITY:  All bowlers must be 18 and over.  This is an “Individuals” Bowl-a-thon.
  • WAIVER:  Every bowler must sign a designated waiver upon check-in on day of event.
  • IDENTIFICATION:  Every bowler must present state-approved ID upon check-in.
  • ADVANCE REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  April 15, 2018.  Entries will be accepted on site ONLY as space permits.  ONLY Cash (exact amount) will be accepted for on-site registrations.
  • ENTERING AVERAGE:  Entrants will bowl 2 games. The average of the 2 games will constitute the entrant’s average score. The bowler with the highest average score wins.
  • TIE-BREAKER:  If there is a tie in the average score, the score from the 1st game bowled will be used to determine the winner.  The bowler who had the highest score from the 1st game bowled will be declared the winner.
  • ENTRY FEES: The Entry Fee is $25. The Entry Fee is not transferable and is not refundable.  Two (2) games of bowling and bowling shoe rental is included in the Entry Fee.
  • PRIZE AWARDS:  Prize Awards will be announced on the day of the event.  1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Cash Prizes awarded at end of Event (after information is verified). Winners will be presented with a company check as method of payment.   Winners must make themselves available for promotional pictures with representatives of Divine Connections Special Events, LLC when collecting their winnings at end of event or at a time and place agreed to by winner and Divine Connections Special Events, LLC.  Winners must sign an affidavit of eligibility.
  • CHARITABLE DONATION:  A portion of the proceeds raised will be contributed to Wilderness Works, www.wildernessworks.org
  • SUBSTITUTES: Substitute Bowlers are not allowed.
  • REFUNDS:  No refunds.
  • SCHEDULING: Entrants can bowl 2 games any time between 9am – 6pm (must be finished bowling by 6pm).
  • ERRORS:  Errors in computer scoring must be reported before the game is cleared from the screen to be corrected.
  • The Bowl-a-thon Director has the right to make final decisions regarding any and all disputes.
  • Premature termination of the Bowl-a-thon brought about by reason beyond the control of Divine Connections Special Events, LLC, shall cause the prize awards to be prorated in accordance with the number of entrants who have bowled in each event up to the time of termination.  Power Failure:  If any bowler is unable to complete the event they are bowling due to power outage, they may receive a refund if unable to complete bowling by 6pm on day of event.  The same applies if scores are lost because of automatic scoring devices.
