SIGN UP TO BOWL
You can Create a Team or Sign Up as a Bowler to join an established team, or we can put you on a team in need of bowlers. We’re looking for families, businesses, and friends of all ages to form 4-person bowling teams. Get creative with team names and costumes!!
Once you’ve registered, start collecting pledges! We ask that each bowler set a personal goal to raise $100 in pledges (or $400 total per team). However, there is no minimum required since every dollar helps so much!!
Tax-deductible pledges can be made on the MAKE A PLEDGE page of this website via Pay Pal or by cash or checks made out to “Dover Children’s Home”.
Prizes will be awarded, each session, for the following:
- Most money raised by a team of four
- Highest bowling score by a team of four
- Most creative team costumes or theme-wear
Virtual participants can join in the fun too!
Thanks to generous underwriting by Summit Land Development, bowling shoes and lane fees will be provided free of charge for all participants. The individual members of each four-person team that raises a combined total of $800 or more will also be entered into a Grand Prize drawing.

About Our Organization
At Dover Children’s Home, we provide tools and support for youth to heal from emotional trauma through community-based treatment programs that foster relationships and enable youth to create hope for the future..
Dover Children’s Home was organized to ease the plight of children and families who suffered due to the recessions of the 1890s and has continued to serve the needs of under-privileged children for more than 120 years. During the depression of the 1920s, more than 60 children resided in the Home. In 1939, the state of New Hampshire requested that the Home limit it number of children to 50. This number was subsequently cut to 45 after World War II. Over the years, the Home transformed further to providing intermediate-level residential care, case management, and therapeutic services to vulnerable youth.
Dover Children’s Home is a non-profit, intermediate-level residential treatment program designed to provide a wide array of community-based services for boys and girls who have been abused or neglected or who have committed delinquent acts.
