Organize a team of 4-5 people (including yourself). Friends, co-workers, classmates, family or neighbors can make up a team. No bowling experience is necessary! Get started right away... pick your team, select a team name and click here to sign up!
Step 2: Collect Pledges
Team Captains should educate team members on the event purpose and plan a strategy for collecting pledges. Pledges can be collected via your team web page and this includes the following options:
- Make an online donation with a credit or debit card - click here to donate now
- Make an online pledge to bring your donations to the event.
- For offline donations/pledges, please use the Pledge Form (click here to download). Donations can be brought to the event.

Why your participation is important:
Wellspring’s service focus is Fort Wayne’s central city with over 80% of those served living within a two mile radius of the center of the city.
Wellspring provides all its services at no cost to participants. A major thrust of all Wellspring’s programming is to respect and bring dignity to those we serve.
Diversity in programming and those we serve is demonstrated by inclusion of all age groups (the youngest being 4 years old and the most senior at 102) and many cultures through various programs which include:
- Neighborhood Services (Food Bank, Parent Club and Resource and Referral)
- Youth Services (Youth After School and Summer Day and Overnight Camps)
- Older Adult Program.
Leadership support comes from a diverse community of congregations representing Christian denominations, Reform Judaism and the Unitarian Universalists, over 60 community organizations and 200 volunteers.
