Paying Registration Fees by Credit Card: If you would like to pay your registration fees using a credit card, please first complete the form below, selecting the "I will mail a check" payment option, and enter the message "I will be paying by credit card" in the Comments field at the bottom of the form.  After submitting this form, click the "Pay By Credit Card" link in the left column to complete your payment.
