Royal Oak Youth Assistance is a juvenile delinquency prevention based program. We believe that by strengthening families in our community it is possible to prevent children and their families from having to become part of the large and formal court system. It is through citizen involvement that our programs come to life. We are a 501( c ) 3 organization, so all donations are tax deductable.
