Be a team captain and create a team (max of 5 people including yourself). Team Captains must recruit people to register and join their team. Event information and updates will be emailed out to Team Captains, who are responsible for getting the information to their teammates. A minimum of $50 in pledges received is required per person to participate; this is to cover our event expenses. The suggested fundraising target per person is $250, or $1000 per team. REGISTER TEAM

Don’t have a team of four or five? Want to just bowl as a couple or individual? Individual participants are welcome to join in as well! Individuals will be placed on a lane with other registered individual participants, if you’d like to bowl with a certain individual indicate this on your registration form. This year’s fundraising goal is to raise $50,000 for Crisis Connection through pledges and sponsorships. We cannot be a success without your help! By collecting pledges you not only win great prizes, you help save lives one crisis at a time. We ask that each individual have a goal of raising $250 or collectively as a team raising $1,000 in pledges. If you have 10 friends that pledge $25 each, you have already met your goal! 1. Fill out the downloadable registration form. You may register as a team (max of 5 persons) or individual, all registrations are due by Sept 30, 2008.
   
2. Mail the registration form back to Crisis Connection, immediately and begin collecting pledges! Once we receive your registration, we will setup your team online so your pledges can be paid online as well.
   
3. Begin collecting pledges today! Collect a minimum of $50 in pledges per person. Remember to call and send out emails asking friends, family, and co-workers to pledge. Check to see if your company has a matching program! Collecting pledges online is easy!
   
4. Bring collected pledges and join us for at Brunswick Zone Brooklyn Park, 7545 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443, on Oct. 11th.
